Cristina Mariscal

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Wellness Team

Cristina Mariscal, LMFT, is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Masters from JFK University and has been working in English and Spanish-speaking communities since 2007. She became a mental health professional because of her own lived experiences and family trauma. She specializes in supporting adults, older teens, and facing difficult life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. She provides support from a multicultural lens, taking into account physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wounds. Cristina is a proud Xicana/Mestiza Mexican woman who is active in wellness traditions that have been colonized and uses them for decolonial empowerment and spiritual growth.
