Kristin Land

English Instructor, Chabot College

Kristin Land has taught English composition and literature at Southern California. They have earned a Bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Master's degree in English Literature with an emphasis in Chicano Studies and went on to earn a single subject English credential and a Master's degree in Education. They have been a Puente teacher for many years. She started her career at Tennyson High School and chose to be a trainer for the Puente Statewide training and is committed to supporting the Change It Now Learning Community and the Bay Area learning communities. Kristin believes in transformative, trauma-informed learning experiences for students as well as for herself.
